Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNSee marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why data is collected, how it is used, and how it is handled. The operating systems on client devices, websites you visit, and payment providers have their own privacy policies; please review them separately.
Account and Order Data
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not required to open an account, and providing one is not a condition of using this service. Account details are used to verify identity, manage sign-ins, and administer subscriptions. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, transaction reference, and changes to subscription benefits. They are used to confirm payment, calculate data usage, process refunds, and resolve disputes. When submitting a support ticket, your description and any attachments you choose to provide are used to handle your request. Please remove passwords, login credentials, and full subscription links first.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNSee follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, lists of destinations, or DNS query history, or create browsing histories linked to accounts.
Connection logs are not retained as ongoing historical records. This includes combinations of source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Temporary states used to forward traffic and maintain a session are released when the session ends. The account's cumulative data usage, remaining data, and reset status are stored separately for billing and do not include browsing content or destination websites.
Troubleshooting prioritizes aggregated operational information. If user assistance is needed, users can choose to submit error messages or diagnostic information. These materials are not used for advertising profiles and do not change the connection log retention policy described above.
Access Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, button clicks, and page errors so that we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel; they do not extend to destination websites visited through subscription routes. Analytics events should not contain passwords, login credentials, or complete subscription addresses.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login status and interface preferences, such as language. Signing out or clearing the browser's site data removes the local login state, but does not automatically delete server-side account and order records. Restricting storage may require repeated sign-ins or prevent preferences from being saved. On shared devices, please sign out after use.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, transaction confirmation, or on-chain transfers are handled by the relevant third-party payment services and networks. Data they collect is governed by their own policies. VPNSee uses necessary information, such as order numbers and transaction results, to verify payments and does not ask you to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
This service does not sell account details or browsing information. When necessary to fulfill transactions, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law, only data relevant to the purpose is provided, with its use and access limited accordingly. External payment pages are outside the direct control of this policy.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for the periods necessary for financial reconciliation, dispute handling, and compliance with applicable legal requirements. Analytics and diagnostic information are kept only until the relevant analysis or troubleshooting is complete, then deleted or de-identified. Data is not retained indefinitely for unrelated purposes.
To access, correct, or delete your information, sign in and submit a request through a user panel support ticket. VPNSee will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and the ability to look up orders; transaction records that must be retained by law will have their use restricted. Relevant backup data is cleared through the normal backup rotation process.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data uses, storage methods, or service workflows change, this page will be updated and the date above revised. Important changes to data handling rules will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, a page update does not replace the consent process.
If you have questions about privacy practices, use a user panel support ticket to describe the data and request involved. This policy and the Terms of Service together explain the service rules. Privacy requests do not require information unrelated to verification.
