Terms of Service

These terms apply to VPNSee subscription services. Please read them before using the service, and review plans and pricing and the Privacy Policy for billing and data-handling details. If you have questions, you can contact us through a support ticket in the user panel before deciding whether to use the service.

Services and Scope

VPNSee provides a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration, with coverage in 100+ countries and 220+ routes. It supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage plans, access subscriptions, and find client entry points through the panel; iOS access requirements are shown in the panel.

This service provides network connectivity. It does not provide accounts for third-party websites or apps, content licenses, or paid benefits. Choosing a route does not replace eligibility to use a destination platform; users must still follow that platform’s regional, content, and account rules.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; users can register with a username and password. Users should keep their login details and subscription links secure. They must not publish them publicly, resell or rent accounts, or share accounts or subscriptions with others. If credentials are exposed, change the password and request assistance through a support ticket.

Plans support simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices. This applies to devices used by the account holder and does not permit resale, sharing among multiple people, or setting up a public connection service for others. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; usage is determined by the selected plan.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. See the plans page for prices and allowances, and check the selected billing method and order details before payment.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include network attacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, violating another person’s privacy or intellectual property, and accessing another person’s systems without authorization.

Users must not disrupt routes or affect others’ use through automated requests, malicious resource consumption, or similar conduct. Users are responsible for activity on their accounts. VPNSee’s no-logs policy is described in the Privacy Policy. It does not authorize unlawful activity or exempt users from legal responsibility.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, the status of destination services, and device settings. VPNSee does not guarantee access at all locations or times, or to all third-party platforms, and the current performance of any route is not a continuing guarantee of speed or content access.

Maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events may interrupt connections. Planned maintenance may be announced on the site or described in the panel. If an issue occurs, check your local connection first and try another route. If service is not restored, submit a support ticket.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this service is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party platform rules, user configuration errors, or network events beyond its control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights users have under applicable law.

Refunds and How to Request One

A full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment, for any reason. Users can sign in to the panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, providing the relevant order information. No explanation of the service experience or refund reason is required.

VPNSee will verify the order and request date, then provide updates on the refund through the ticket. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The specific refund method will be confirmed in the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the relevant payment channel; no fixed arrival time is guaranteed. Subscription benefits associated with the refunded order end when the refund is processed.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user violates these terms by reselling or sharing an account, using the service unlawfully, or persistently disrupting the service, VPNSee may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the account, or terminate it. Protective measures may be taken first when necessary, with an explanation of the reason provided where appropriate. Users who disagree with a decision may submit an explanation through a support ticket and request a review. This process does not affect any refund or appeal rights provided by law.

Changes to these terms will update the date on this page. Important changes involving billing, refunds, or users’ principal rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel, with details of when they take effect. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits under orders that have already taken effect. Users who disagree with a change may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss next steps.
